As a Banking Operations Analyst on our Domestic Payments team, you will work the US payment rails (ACH, checks, domestic wires, stablecoin) and investigate returns and exceptions, and keep our customers' money moving accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Work the domestic payments queue across ACH, checks, domestic wires and stablecoin, resolving cases in Salesforce. Monitor ACH and wire returns, interpreting return codes. Work exceptions with external banking partners. Write and maintain documentation (SOPs, training materials). Leverage data (SQL/Snowflake, Retool) to investigate cases and build dashboards. Collaborate with CX, Accounting, Compliance, Engineering and external banking partners. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in banking, payments or operations; strong attention to detail; comfort with Excel/spreadsheets.
