Questions
When do I get paid?
Payments have a 30-day hold. Approved earnings are paid monthly by the 15th via PayPal or Wise. The minimum is US$50; smaller balances carry over.
Which plans count?
Paid plans only. You earn on payments net of tax for 12 months from your referred member's first payment.
What if someone gets a refund?
A refund or chargeback during the hold reverses that commission.
How does the cookie work?
Your link counts for 60 days. The most recent partner link gets credit. Self-referrals do not count.
Can I share Zoe worldwide?
Yes. Partners can promote Zoe worldwide.
Do I need a tax form?
Before your first payout, upload a W-9 PDF if you're in the US, or a W-8BEN PDF if you're elsewhere. Only our team can open it.
