Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company offering nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. Ro is consistently recognized as a top workplace in Health Care, in New York, and for Women and Parents.

As the Director of Learning & Development on Ro's Care Delivery team, you will own the learning strategy and programs supporting hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing team members. You will ensure our teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver high-quality patient care at scale, from onboarding and new program launches to ongoing development, performance improvement, and retraining.

You will build the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable Learning & Development to operate effectively as our business evolves: how we identify and prioritize learning needs, develop and maintain content, scale learning across teams, and measure whether learning translates into expected behaviors and performance outcomes. You will own the evaluation and adoption of learning technologies and tools. You will partner closely with Clinical, Operations, Quality & Safety, Product, and other cross-functional leaders.

You are a strategic and operational leader who knows how to build a scalable learning function in a fast-moving, complex environment, with strong judgment about when training is the right solution, a data-driven approach to improving frontline performance, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

- Own the end-to-end learning strategy for hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing team members, spanning onboarding, new programs and launches, ongoing learning, and performance-based retraining.

- Establish priorities and learning approaches that support business objectives, operational readiness, and high-quality patient care.

- Establish how learning needs are identified, evaluated, prioritized, and addressed; create efficient processes for intake and content development.

- Build and lead the learning team.

- Measure learning impact on behavior and performance.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, training, or enablement, including experience leading learning programs and teams at scale; experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another complex, regulated environment preferred.

- Proven ability to develop and execute a learning strategy that supports multiple functions, audiences, and business priorities.

- Experience building or scaling a centralized learning function, including operating models, intake and prioritization processes, content governance, and cross-functional ways of working.
